Grants are made to worthy programs that support children's health & wellness and companion animal programs. Our Foundation also considers proposals for literacy and education funding. Champ's children's health & wellness grants are awarded twice each year in September and March. Build-A-Bear Workshop's Guests have told us that there are many causes that matter to them – juvenile diabetes, autism, children's cancer and wellness causes such as childhood obesity and nutrition are a few examples. Our goal is to provide grants to help many programs working so hard to make the world a healthier and happier place for kids. |

Bearemy's Kennel Pals® grant program supports animal shelters, pet rescue and rehabilitation and humane education programs. These grants are awarded quarterly in January, April, July and October. |

Read Teddy® is a special bear that promotes the importance of literacy and education. A portion of the proceeds from the sale of this furry friend is donated to programs that support this mission. |

The Bear Necessities of Business: Building a Company with Heart is a new book by founder and Chief Executive Bear Maxine Clark.
