Location: St. Louis, MO
The Manager, Direct Marketing Bear is responsible for the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategy of the Company. This involves strategic and creative development of all national Guest communications, as well as for the implementation of these initiatives to motivate Guests to visit our stores and increase sales. The Manager, Direct Marketing Bear is responsible for identifying and leveraging data of our Guest’s purchase behaviors to maximize and continually improve upon the return on investment of each consecutive initiative.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Manage the CRM strategy and spearhead the company’s learning for the Stuff Fur Stuff loyalty program
- Develop a plan for all direct marketing communications for North America, United Kingdom and France, utilizing a multitude of mediums to communicate to our Guests, including, but not limited to Direct Mail, Email, and Voice Messaging
- Build and implement test strategies and analyze the results of direct mail marketing
- Identify and create ways to utilize data to streamline various marketing efforts and company processes
- Contribute to overall strategic planning for BABW as it relates to direct marketing
- Develop vendor partners that support direct marketing initiatives to enhance BABW’s ability to meet direct marketing goals
Qualified Candidates Must have:
- At least five years experience in the development of direct marketing strategy, creative and implementation processes
- Experience in effectively communicating with information technology resources to achieve mutual goals
- At least three years experience in the identification, analysis and selection process for outside resource relationships
- Experience managing a team

The main responsibilities of this position include distributing merchandise to the US and Canadian stores, maintaining inventory daily and adjusting to store needs as a result of promotions, giveaways, birthday parties, or special events, ensuring all store merchandise needs, and maintaining reports. The Supervisor E Commerce Development's primary function is to take a leadership role within the .Net Development team and to define, suggest and implement process improvements, to assign resources to projects, mentor other web developers and to design and build web applications including, but not limited to online, e-commerce stores, dynamic database-driven applications and other web-enabled applications. The person is also responsible for maintaining, supporting, and upgrading existing systems and applications.

- Act as principle developer and coordinator for online stores and web applications

Qualified candidates must have:
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science/MIS/Software Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of .Net developer experience
- Proven competency in software development; specifically in a web environment using Microsoft products
- Working knowledge of Object Oriented principles and best practices; having the ability to implement these concepts
- Strong working knowledge of a variety of web technologies, business intelligence, ETL tools and ERP systems
- Web development, integrated systems and retail industry knowledge
- Experience managing projects using internal and external resources
- Strong analytical, problem solving, attention to detail, written and verbal communication, relationship building, and leadership skills
- Background in training/mentoring others on IT principles
- Supervisory experience is preferred

This is an exciting op-bear-tunity at our Bearhouse (Distribution Center) in Groveport, Ohio. This position is responsible for maintaining a full automated, high volume, multi channel distribution facility consisting of sophisticated warehouse and control systems that are supported by radio frequency technology.
The primarily responsibilities of this position include scheduling and supporting the daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance of operations systems to achieve zero down time in production, managing the technician staff in a collaborative environment, maintaining the integration of conveyors, WMS, and forklift equipment, and ensuring the operation of all building systems including fire and access alarms, water & sewage, electric, gas, phone & data, ventilation, landscaping, and overall building structure. This is a role for a "working" manager.
