It is understood that, as a prerequisite to consideration for employment, I
agree to submit to such future examinations, physical or other, as may be
lawfully required by the company. The company will pay the reasonable cost of
any such examination.
While I am employed by Build-A-Bear Workshop, I understand and agree that my employment and compensation can be terminated with or without notice at any time at the option of either Build-A-Bear Workshop or myself, unless modified by written agreement, signed by both the associate and the chief executive officer of the company. No associate of Build-A-Bear Workshop is authorized to change this agreement, and this agreement is the entire understanding between the parties and cannot be modified or affected by change in rates of pay, position, or conditions of employment.
I understand that neither the procedures, policies, nor manuals, etc. of
Build-A-Bear Workshop can alter this employment agreement. I understand this
agreement and have read it carefully before submitting this application. I have
